All catering events are buffet style unless you have a formal sit down high tea.
Final headcount is due 1 week prior to event. Payment is due the day of.
Deposit of a non -refundable $100.00 is due to confirm date.
Desserts are available upon request, but you may bring your own!
You are allowed in one hour prior to start time to decorate and set up!
6% sales tax and 20% gratuity will be applied to final bill.

Room Rental fee: $295.00
Green Tea, Cream Tea and Savory Hot Tea packages are all served buffet style
and includes wait staff, set up and clean up.

*Chicken salad croissants
*Spinach, strawberry (or seasonal fruit) salad with feta and raspberry dressing

*Add hot tea for $5.50/person and includes:
decorative tea pots, warmers, tea cups and saucers and a variety tea bags at each table

Cream Tea - $16.75/ person
*Assorted turkey and ham pinwheels or cold cut club croissant
*Yogurt parfait bar with fruit and granola
*Spinach, cranberry, walnut and feta salad with raspberry dressing
*Iced tea
*Regular coffee
*Add hot tea for $5.50/person and includes:
decorative tea pots, warmers, tea cups and saucers and a variety tea bags at each table
*Ice water
*White linen tablecloths

Savory Hot Tea - $18.75/ person
*Hot ham and swiss sliders and/or hot roast beef horseradish cheese sliders
*Spinach, strawberry (or seasonal fruit) salad, feta and raspberry dressing
*Hot cheesy potatoes
*Green bean almondine

*Regular coffee

If your looking for additional food menu items, please ask and we will be happy to assist you!
Eva's Tee House can accommodate most food allergies but we are not a gluten-free event facility and cannot ensure that cross contamination will never occur. We have processes in place to minimize that happening but there is a great deal of gluten in the air and on our work surfaces. We utilize prepackaged portions of gluten free labeled products for selected menu items and our reliance on suppliers may result in variations in the ingredients of these menu items. We therefore make no guarantees regarding the gluten content of these items.
Please notify staff of any dietary needs and know that we will do our best but cannot guarantee your order will not touch gluten or other allergies somewhere in the process. There may also be a food price increase for any food allergy accommodations.
